1. Who we are

AgentIQ (operating OpenListing) is the data controller for personal data processed on this platform, in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

2. What we collect

  • Agents: CEA registration number and public-register details (name, agency, status), contact number, verification status, listing content, and payment records.
  • Consumers: account email and sign-in identifiers, favourites, saved searches, messages to agents, and enquiry details you submit.
  • Everyone: limited technical data (IP address, device/browser, and analytics events) to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use it

  • To operate the marketplace: publish listings, connect consumers with agents, and process payments.
  • To verify agent identity (matching the account phone number against the CEA public register) as a fraud control.
  • To send service messages (listing expiry, saved-search matches, enquiry notifications) and, where consented, updates.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases and consent (PDPA)

We collect, use, and disclose personal data with consent or where permitted under the PDPA (including legitimate interests and legal requirements). CEA registration data is drawn from a public register. You may withdraw consent for non-essential processing at any time, subject to the effect this has on the services we can provide.

5. Disclosure

When you contact an agent, your enquiry and contact details are shared with that agent so they can respond. We use processors (hosting, payments, email, analytics) bound to protect your data. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention and security

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Subject to the PDPA, you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent, via our contact page. We will respond within the timeframes the PDPA requires.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for sign-in and preferences, and analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Contact / Data Protection Officer
